An old cottage on a rural farm track, situated in rolling farm land, The Brick House B&B boasts a double room with a private lounge and ensuite bathroom for guests.
Set in the open fields of Baldastard Farm, The Brick House was built in 1900, as part of the old Baldastard Colliery. It was destined to be the mine manager’s cottage; but with the demise of the mine, no manager was required. The house was then transferred over to the farm, where it stayed until twenty years ago, when it became our family home and now a small (homely) B&B.
During your stay with us, you will have exclusive use of the two rooms at the front of our property, providing separate lounge room and en-suite bedroom accommodation.
The room is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities.
Iron and ironing board available on request.
The flat screen TV in the lounge room is tuned in to over 40 Freeview digital channels and a DVD/Video player is also installed.
